We facilitate collaborative research and joint studies with companies and external research institutes. Depending on the partner's business or academic goals and needs, these research projects and technology exchanges take different forms: technical consultation, collaborative research, sponsored research, or feasibility study.

Postdoctoral Fellows/Visiting Scholars

We accept postdoctoral researchers under a special program that Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) provides for young Japanese postdoctoral researchers who conduct research activities at Japanese universities.
We are also currently accepting sponsored researchers. The researchers we seek should be strongly self-motivated individuals with a background in Nano-electronics, Surface Science, Si-based LSI, SiC-based Power Devices, Material Characterization using Synchrotron Radiation, X-ray imaging, and Nanofabrication Technology. Experience and expertise in semiconductor material characterization (SEM, Raman, XPS, XRD, TEM, Electrical characterization) are definite pluses.
